What is your return policy if a plant arrives damaged?

We offer a 48-hour 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant or planter arrives damaged, simply take a photo and contact us within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.

Do you provide care instructions for each plant?

Yes, every order includes a detailed digital care guide specific to the species you purchased, covering sunlight requirements, watering schedules, and soil tips.

How long does delivery usually take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes an additional 3-5 business days via our specialized green-logistics partners.

Are the pots included with the plants?
